What counts as an "active product"?
A product currently moving through the lock chain. Archived products are unlimited and always accessible.
What's the limitation on Free?
Full 8-gate verification chain. Caps: 1 active product (unlimited archived), solo (1 seat), 500MB storage, and QC PDF is watermarked. Pro raises products/seats/storage and unlocks clean PDF export.
Can I upgrade mid-drop?
Yes. Files, lock statuses, and history carry over. You unlock clean PDF, higher product/seat/storage limits - no data migration or restart.
What if I cancel?
Your data stays exportable. No lock-in, no retention games, no "contact sales to get your data out." You can export everything before or after cancellation.
